I had to install G hub to get the DPI settings adjusted and working, but everything is working fine as far as I can tell. No problems for me, I'm using the Logitech G Pro wired here. I believe qc uses an emulation layer between the game and os that is uncommon. When i had G Hub i didn't have such problems but it broke itself or smth so i uninstalled it and went back to LGS, game worked fine either way, try LGS.
